David K. Long has worked continually in the Commercial AV Industry in Canada for over 48 years as President at LONG AUDIO CONSULTANTS LTD. He brings a wealth of AV in-the-field knowledge and business experience to TIE Ltd. and is known for his attention to detail and his relentless drive to achieve the highest quality standards for every project. His motto is “Let’s do it right the first time.” David is the driving force behind the quality standards that TIE Ltd. embraces as its core value.

Michael Mastri
Michael Mastri brings 32 years of commercial sales experience to TIE Ltd.. His understanding of the sales process and his ability to convert new accounts into long-term business relationships is a strong asset to TIE Ltd.. Michael holds a bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto, Ontario.

Mark Layne has over 16 years of Project Management experience in the Audio Video field. His strong communication skills and attention to detail allow him to effectively liaise with our Clients, and our Technicians in the field, to efficiently plan and complete projects. Mark is a team player who prides himself on getting the job done well the first time.

Tristan Long
Tristan Long is the newest addition to our TIE Ltd. Management Team. As a TIE Ltd. AV Project Coordinator he is responsible for direct communication with our Clients to organize and dispatch our Technicians for Installations and Service Calls across Canada. Tristan is always willing to go the extra mile (kilometre) to make sure our Clients are satisfied and their needs are fulfilled correctly. He is very diligent and pays great attention to detail with every project. Client satisfaction is his #1 priority.
